He is the CEO of AMG Consulting LLC (since 2013), the Founder of AAMA (established in 1985), and the CEO of the AIC Federation (since 1998). Amir holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has an extensive background in business development and strategic growth.
From 2013 to 2022, he served as Vice President of New Business Management & Development at The Bonati Spine Institute, where he led initiatives in marketing and advertising for advanced spine surgery centers.
Throughout his career, Amir has demonstrated a deep commitment to innovation, leadership, and community engagement.

Amel Samuels is a seasoned business owner and marketing specialist with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and 15 years of expertise in strategic marketing within the pharmaceutical and medical industries across the Tampa Bay area.
He has led successful campaigns and brand development for major organizations including the Bonati Spine Institute, Opes Health, Medicap Pharmacies, Benzer Pharmacy Franchise, and Bonum Health.
Amel is the founder and owner of NEW SIGNS LLC (est. 2018), a creative agency specializing in visual branding, print production, and marketing solutions.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) and brings a unique combination of technical precision and creative insight to every project.
